GPS Specialty Doors can provide a variety of services to restore damaged or neglected doors to make them work like new while preserving their unique character. We have worked on historic landmarks like Floyd Bennett field in Brooklyn, NY and Pearl Harbor in Hawaii. Our goal is to conserve historical methods and appearance while updating them for current building codes and safety standards.

We can provide refurbishment services to enhance and/or replicate existing components. These can include the replacement of drive systems, wheels, controls and weathering that may have deteriorated over time. We have also had extensive experience replacing bottom rails and top guide rail assemblies. In addition, we have furnished new cable systems retrofitted to doors that were originally manually operated to increase functionality and performance.

These services can extend the lifetime of your doors while making them more efficient and environmentally friendly. Contact us to inquire how we can apply our expertise to your projects.
